All the beef sold at our store is all Boulder county born and bred from beginning to the butcher. Our beef is minimally processed, and dry aged for 14-21 days.  Beef is available in All-Natural Grass Fed, or All-Natural Grass Fed with a locally grown Corn finish. The corn is grown locally in boulder county and is free of harmful pesticides, and GMO’s. All Beef is sold on the hoof and will be delivered our butcher or a butcher or your choice. We sell in quarters, halves, and full. Please see breakdown below.

DUE TO COVID19 THERE MAY BE EXTENDED DELAYS AT BUTCHER LOCAL BUTCHER SHOPS. 

Pancost Angus requires a non-refundable deposit for all orders placed. Deposits will go towards the final sale price. Payments for deposits can be made through PayPal, credit card payments over the phone, or with check. All checks should be made out to Pancost Angus and will need to be sent to 500 Theresa Dr. Boulder, CO 80303. Deposits must be received before orders are processed. The remainder will be due at time of delivery to butcher where final weight is taken. Please allow 30-60 days from time deposit is collected before order is delivered to butcher.
