All the beef sold at our store is all Boulder county born and bred from beginning to the butcher. Our beef is minimally processed, and dry aged for 14-21 days. Beef is available in All-Natural Grass Fed, or All-Natural Grass Fed with a locally grown Corn finish. The corn is grown locally in boulder county and is free of harmful pesticides, and GMO’s. All Beef is sold on the hoof and will be delivered our butcher or a butcher or your choice. We sell in quarters, halves, and full. Please see breakdown below.
Pancost Angus Requires a deposit on purchases. Payments for deposits can be made through the store, over the phone, or with check. The remainder will be due at time of delivery to butcher where final weight is taken. All deposits are non-refundable.
Pricing and Weight Averages – Free Range Delivery and Pickup from Butcher is $100. Product will be available for pickup in the local Boulder area. Beef is sold at $2.60 per LB for a half or a full on the hoof weight (live weight).
Half – 425LBS to 600LBS – $250 Deposit – Estimated Total (Including Deposit) $1,105.00 to $1,560.00
Full – 850LBS to 1200LBS – $500 Deposit – Estimated Total (Including Deposit) $2,210.00 to $3,120.00
Loss from bones, fat, etc. is approximately 35-55% off hoof weight. This will also depend on the types of cuts you are looking for.
Butcher Prices may vary but generally on a full you may spend $250 to $750 depending on cuts.
